Purchasing Assistant
- Follow up PO (Purchase Order) to ensure on-time delivery & correct quantity as per
- Able to liaise closely with suppliers and warehouse department
- Responsible for the documentation of local purchases
- Responsible to issue PO (Purchase Order) and PR (Purchase Return)
- Generate PI (Purchase Invoice) once it received with accurate quantity and product
- With basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Words) more preferable
- Able to write and reply Email to suppliers
- With knowledge of lorry and truck parts are more preferable
- Probation Duration: 3 months
